Public Works

The City of Stanfield Public Works Department is charged with operating and maintaining the City's water and sewer systems, and maintaining and improving the City's streets and parks. The Public Works Department also maintains a compost yard where City residents can dump their tree limbs and other brush, grass clippings, leaves, etc. free of charge. The compost produced can also be taken free of charge. The Public Works Department is directed by Scott Morris.


For water and sewer rates click here.  If you have any issues with your water or sewer systems don't hesitate to call City Hall at 541-449-3831. The Public Works crew works until 4:00 p.m. If you have a water or sewer emergency after hours you may call the Public Works on-call phone at 541-561-4587.

If you have been shut off for non-payment, you will have wait until the next business day to be turned back on. Public Works cannot accept payments, they must be made to City Hall. Please do not call the emergency number for shut offs.
