- Public Services
The City of Stanfield provides water and sewer services as well as garbage billing services to Stanfield residents. Sanitary Disposal provides residents with garbage service.
Utility bills are mailed out the first day of every month. Bills are always due by 5:00 PM on the 20th day of the month. If the 20th falls on a weekend, you have until 5:00 p.m. on the next working day. There is a drop box by the front door at City Hall that is checked every morning, and every evening before closing.
Delinquent Notices are mailed out on the 21st of each month. At that time, a $15.00 late fee will be applied. The shut off date is the 10th of the following month after bills are due. The shut off date is on the delinquent notice, so be sure we have your current mailing address! There will be no further notices before shut off. If you are shut off for non-payment, there will be a $50.00 on/off fee that must be paid before we restore service. If you have a problem such as a late pay check, call us to avoid being shut off.
The current residential water rate in the City is a $26.00 base fee plus $1.50 per 1000 gallons of use. The water system is operated and maintained by the City's Public Works Department.
